Yogurt And Oat Face Mask For Sensitive Skin…

This is a brilliant mask for soothing your skin if it is chapped, sunburned or just plain irritated!

It is also suitable for other skin types too. If you have oily skin, you can add a couple drops of lemon or lime juice. If you have dry skin, mix in a couple of tablespoons of honey to naturally moisturise your skin!

What you will need:

  • 1 cup natural yogurt (preferably cold and use a thick one!)
  • ½ cup oatmeal

What to do:

Mix in the ingredients together and apply to your skin for about 10-15 minutes.
Then wash off with a warm cloth!
